If you received a notification confirming a successful donation via Ensany, but did not notice the amount being deducted from your account, do not worry; this sometimes happens due to technical or banking reasons.

Potential reasons:

  • Bank delay: Some banks require time (hours to days) to reflect the deduction.
  • Authorization only: The amount has been temporarily held and not yet withdrawn.
  • Payment was not actually completed: An unseen failure in the final step.
  • Payment method: Some wallets or cards delay the recording of the transaction.

 

What to do?

  • Wait 24–48 hours.
  • Often, the deduction appears during this period.
  • Check your bank statement.
  • Look for a "pending" or "processing" transaction.
  • Confirm the receipt of the donation.
  • Receiving the receipt means the process is either under processing or completed.
  • Check your balance.
  • The amount may be held and not yet deducted.
  • Contact the bank.

There is no need to worry; in most cases, the reason is simply a minor banking delay, and the amount will be deducted automatically within a short time.
